Bulk-publish replies

Steps to follow

1. 1Open the "Customer reviews" module, then select the "External reviews" tab.
2. 2Click the "Generate replies" button to open the bulk generation window.
3. 3Under "Filter by rating (optional)", choose the ratings to process, or leave it empty for all unanswered reviews.
4. 4In "Action", choose "Hold for validation" to generate drafts, or "Publish directly to Google" for immediate publishing.
5. 5Review the "Reviews to process" preview to check the reviews concerned.
6. 6Click "Generate drafts" or "Generate and publish" depending on your choice, then follow the progress.
