Google Business Profile
Privacy & integrations
Suzzy is a restaurant management platform. When a restaurant owner connects their Google account, the Review-Suzzy app uses Google Business Profile to associate the correct listing, sync Google reviews, display review statistics, and publish only the replies chosen by the team.
Reviews and replies
Suzzy reads reviews, ratings, authors, dates, and existing replies to display them in the back-office and prepare or publish replies to Google reviews.
Control and privacy
The connection only happens after Google consent. Google data is used for the restaurant's review features, is not sold, and can be disconnected from the back-office.
