Generate an AI reply

Steps to follow

1. 1Open the "Customer reviews" module, then select the "External reviews" tab.
2. 2Find the review concerned, then click "Reply" to open the reply panel.
3. 3Click "Generate with AI": the AI drafts a suggested reply in the "Your reply" field.
4. 4Read the suggestion and adjust it if needed; you can also click "Improve my draft" to reword it.
5. 5Click "Publish" to send the approved reply to Google.
6. 6Check that the review status changes to "Published".
