Dismiss a review, then reactivate it

Steps to follow

1. 1Open the "Customer reviews" module, then select the "External reviews" tab.
2. 2On the review to set aside, click "More actions", then "Stop suggesting".
3. 3The review moves to the "Dismissed" status and is no longer picked up by automatic generations.
4. 4To restore it, reopen the dismissed review, then click "Reactivate".
5. 5The review becomes available again for a manual or AI-generated reply.
