Set up AI auto-replies

Steps to follow

1. 1Open the "Customer reviews" module, then click "Settings" in the header.
2. 2Open the "AI replies" tab to access the AI configuration.
3. 3In the "Reply style" card, choose the "Reply tone", the "Reply length" and fill in the "Signature".
4. 4Set the "Strategy for bad reviews (rating ≤ 2)" to frame replies to negative reviews.
5. 5In the "Automatic publishing" card, select the "AI reply mode" ("Off", "Drafts to validate" or "Automatic publishing").
6. 6Under "Ratings published automatically without validation", tick the ratings that will be published without review.
7. 7In the "Personalization" card, add your "Custom mentions" and your "Reply examples", then save.
