Redeem a reward

Steps to follow

1. 1Open the "Members" page, then click the customer's row to open their record.
2. 2In the action row, click "Redeem a reward".
3. 3In the "Redeem a reward" dialog, scroll through the available rewards.
4. 4Select the reward to hand over to the customer (those with insufficient balance stay unavailable).
5. 5Click "Confirm": the points are deducted and the redemption is recorded in the history.
