Automate statuses (delays)

Steps to follow

1. 1Open "Orders" then "Settings" to reach the "Click and Collect Settings".
2. 2Scroll down to the "Order automation" card.
3. 3Set the delay for the "Ordered → In preparation" transition to accept new orders automatically.
4. 4Define the "In preparation → Ready" and "Ready → Picked up" delays in minutes.
5. 5Click "Save" to activate the automatic transitions.
