Advance an order

Steps to follow

1. 1Open the "Orders" module from the side menu to display your current orders.
2. 2Locate the new order in the "Received" column, then click "Start" to begin preparing it.
3. 3The order moves to "Preparation": prepare the items listed on the ticket.
4. 4Once the order is ready, click "Mark ready" to let the customer know they can come and pick it up.
5. 5When handing it over, click "Picked up" for a Click & Collect order, or "Mark as delivered" for a delivery, to close the order.
