Review-Suzzy is the Suzzy module that lets restaurant owners connect their Google Business Profile account to manage Google reviews from the Suzzy back-office.
Application purpose
This page is the public homepage for the Review-Suzzy OAuth application. The application helps restaurants associate their Google Business Profile listing, import Google reviews, track review statistics, and publish only the replies approved by their team.
Sync Google reviews
The application reads reviews, ratings, authors, dates, and existing replies to display them in the Suzzy professional workspace.
Publish selected replies
Suzzy can prepare replies, but only the replies selected and approved by the restaurant team are published on Google.
Google data used
Google access is requested only after consent. Google data is not sold, is not used for third-party advertising, and can be disconnected from the Suzzy back-office.
Connected Google profile
Email address and profile information needed to identify the connected account.
Google Business Profile locations
Available listings, names, addresses, identifiers, and location metadata.
Reviews and replies
Ratings, comments, authors, dates, existing replies, and links needed to manage reviews.
Control and privacy
- Connection is initiated only by an authorized restaurant owner or team member.
- Use is limited to the restaurant's review and reputation features.
- Disconnection is available from Suzzy with Google access revocation.
