Recharge credits (pack)

Steps to follow

1. 1Open the "SMS History" page from your back-office menu.
2. 2Stay on the "Billing" tab, shown by default, where your "SMS Balance" is displayed.
3. 3In the "Recharge" section, pick one of the offered packs (250, 500 or 1000 credits), with the 500-credit "Popular" pack highlighted.
4. 4Check the price shown on the pack, listed first excluding tax then including tax.
5. 5Click the desired pack to open the "Purchase credits" window, which summarizes the quantity, VAT and total to pay.
6. 6Enter your bank card (or select your saved card), then click "Confirm payment".
7. 7Once the payment is validated, your credits are added to your balance and the purchase appears in "Purchase History".
