Validate a wheel prize

Steps to follow

1. 1Open the "Games" module, then select the "Winners" tab to display the list of prizes to hand out.
2. 2Find the winner by typing their code, email or phone number in the search field, or by browsing the table.
3. 3Click "Collect" on the winner's row, or open their record and click "Collect prize".
4. 4If the prize is not active yet, a confirmation window opens: click "Validate anyway" to force the handover.
5. 5Check that the status changes to "Collected"; a message confirms that the prize was validated successfully.
